Making A Purchase All products can be located using the menu on the left hand side menu of the scrren. If you have a copy of a DMC catalogue, you can enter the product code or description in the "search" box.

When you find a product that you would like to buy, just click "Add to Basket". You will then see everything in your shopping basket. In the unlikely event that it is not in stock, you will be given an expected delivery date.

When you have shopped enough, click on "My Basket" and then the Checkout button. Complete your credit card details. Confirm your order details. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment and we will aim to despatch your order within 2 working days (stock permitting).

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling All orders possible are shipped daily. We have tried to make your shipping choice as easy as possible by charging just 99p for the packaging and delivery of any order. All orders are shipped using first class royal mail.

Delivery Schedule We understand that delivery time is of the utmost importance. All possible orders are shipped daily. You should expect to wait 1 - 3 days for 1st Class Postage. In the event of an item being out of stock we will notify you if we are unlikely to meet our stated delivery schedule. Our same day despatch target applies to orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday.

Back Orders If your kit is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order. Please take note that kit ranges can be advertised before release date so please check the due date clearly stated on each kit description.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security We use the very latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, this makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to decode.

Credit card details are not held on the Internet. Once the payment has been validated and approved details are deleted. This does mean our cross stitch customers will need to repeat their credit card details for every order - a minor inconvenience - but one that makes it totally safe to order online with us.
